  • Eggs: 4
  • Grated Parmesan cheese: 30 g - 1.05822 ounce
  • Butter: 20 g - 0.70548 ounce
  • Salt: 1 pinch


  • Preheat your oven to 200 celcius degrees
  • Break the eggs to separate the whites and keep each egg yolk in its half-shell.
  • Beat the egg whites into firm peaks with the pinch of salt and stir in the grated parmesan cheese
  • Butter some ramekins (ramekins like for crème-bruléee) and spread the whites in snow, leaving a hole in the center
  • Bake the egg whites for 4 minutes, then put the egg yolks in the middle of the ramekins and put back in the oven for another minute. Serve the eggs as soon as they come out of the oven
