Peel, remove seeds and cut the apples in small dices.
In a frying pan, melt the hazelnut butter then add the apples and cook them slowly.
On the apple dices, pour honey and cinnamon and mix.
Let stew on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring often.
Take off heat and let cool.
To assemble, in the bottom of each glass, drop a few dices of apples, add a spoon of granola, then half of a yogurt, again a spoon of granola and a few dices of apple to finish.
