ingredients:

  • Peas: 400 g - 14.1096 ounce
  • Courgette: 1
  • Oignon: 1
  • Smoked bacon: 100 g - 3.5274 ounce
  • Liquid cream: 20 cl - 0.05283 gallon
  • Vegetable broth: 1 cube
  • Basil: 1 or 2 leaves
  • Water: 1 L - 0.26417 gallon
  • Pepper: 1 pinch.

Instructions:

  • Cut the zucchini into cubes and slice the onion.
  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 15 minutes (medium heat).
  • Mix the vegetables and bacon for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Leave the pan on the fire for 2 more minutes to serve the peas with bacon and basil hot soup.
