To prepare the dough, in a salad bowl, work the soft butter with a spatula to obtain an ointment butter. Then add the flour, icing sugar, almond powder and a pinch of salt. Stir in the egg, mix well to obtain a homogeneous ball of dough.

Wrap the dough in cling film and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.

Roll the sweet dough down on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Divide the applesauce over the dough, leaving a margin of 4 cm on the edge.

Wash and remove seeds from the apples and pears and cut them into very thin slices to arrange them on the dough leaving the same margin and alternating the pieces of apples and those of pears.

Fold the edges of the dough on the fruit and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Stop cooking until the dough is golden brown.

Let the apple and pear pie cool down before serving, with a drizzle of honey on top.
